We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant / Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes, supported living settings, or care environments. The role involves assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:



Assist individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.




Support with mobility and daily living activities.




Provide companionship and emotional support.




Assist with meal preparation and medication support where required.




Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff.




Promote dignity, respect, independence, and choice.




Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures.




Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.



Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Caring, patient, and reliable nature.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Previous care or support experience is desirable but not essential.




Willingness to undertake relevant training.
